I reached out to customer service and waited days without any response. Maybe there was a reason, I don’t know, but it really felt like I was just being ignored. Either way, it was frustrating and not okay.

"The site feels a bit outdated"
I was able to use the website without any major issues, but the overall design felt kind of old and cluttered to me. Some pages seemed a little crowded, and the product photos didn’t really catch my attention the way I expected them to. Everything technically works, but visually it left me feeling a bit underwhelmed
"Feels overpriced for what it is"
It looks decent at first glance, so I can see why they’d think people might not question the price too much. But once I actually used it, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. For what I paid, I really thought the quality would be better. Kind of feels like they were relying more on appearances than actual value.

My order showed up later than expected, and I barely got any helpful updates along the way. It was literally so frustrating not knowing what was going on.

"Cheap little ring, not worth the money"
This ring was disappointing. It looked cheap right out of the box, and the stones were set all wonky like someone barely tried. The edges felt rough too, which just made the whole thing feel kind of shoddy. For the price, I expected way better craftsmanship, not this sad little thing. Definitely won’t be buying again
